Extra-Curricular Activities

We are committed to activities outside the classroom as well as those within. We have over 50 clubs, teams and extra-curricular activities. Our younger girls can enjoy ballet, drama, art club, the wildlife club and Choi Kwang Do. As our girls get older, they find more opportunities open to them, for example highland dancing, netball, debating, gymnastics, hockey, the eco club, cross-country running, badminton, football, computer and science clubs.

Our older senior girls might find themselves making a film in the directors’ club, while maintaining their interests in music, drama and sport. We have many musical ensembles, including the choral club, Vivaldi players, the orchestra, senior choir and concert band.

We are energetically involved in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme at bronze, silver and gold levels.

We also provide annual exchange visits with our sister St Margaret’s School in Australia, and are currently seeking to make similar arrangements with St Margaret’s Schools all over the world.
